THANK YOU ALL FOR A WONDERFUL RACE. Results are up - under "General Information" / "Past Results". Paul Kramarchyk has started putting up race pictures.

The Tokeneke Classic is a bicycle race organized by and for racers, looping around the Berkhamsted reservoir in central Connecticut. The area was chosen because of the challenging terrain and spectacular beauty of the race course. We think it is one of the best courses in the Northeast, and we've raced a few of them. The course consists of multiple loops around a hilly 22-mile circuit with about 2000 feet of climbing per lap.

The 2008 race date is confirmed for Sunday August 10th and the race is open for registration on BikeReg. Here are some of the changes we have made for an even better race this year:

You had some of the best volunteers and corner martials of any race i've ever attended

Your race is one of my favorites.

Great race.

Great course. I always do Union Vale, Bear, Jiminy and Battenkill.

One of the better if not the best road races I've participated in.
